Straight to point with you, to get your packs trending follow these four easy steps :
1☆ The 30 knee crunches:
You practice this by holding your hands to you head as shown in the picture 1 above.
With your legs on the 90 degree position and your back to the floor .
2☆. THE 20 LEG RAISING.
This is done in a similar position, your arms here only need to stay beside you on the floor, while you push your legs upwards twenty (20) times.
3☆. DO THE 30 FLUTTER KICKS.
As shown above, raise each legs while seating for 30 times.
You'll need to bare in mind however, that there is a limit you should push your abs else you put your self in danger of muscle break.
